Free shipping on all orders within Australia over $100 AUD.

All orders under $100 AUD is $10 shipping.

All packages are shipped with Australia Parcel Post.

Most deliveries arrive within 3-5 business days.

Express Shipping is available at a charge of $15 AUD.

Express Shipping usually arrives within 1-3 business days.

 

International Shipping

Import custom tax and duties are the responsibility of the buyer.

International shipping rate is calculated at check out.

Australian Returns/Exchange Policy 

Returns are accepted for exchange or refund within 14 business days of receiving the order.

Return costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

All returns are to be sent back by a traceable method.

All products must be in original condition with tags still attached and with all packaging.

Shoes must only be tried on carpet with no visible worn marks on them.
